As a graduate of UT Knoxville, Andrew bleeds orange and white (to match his pin-stripe overalls), and in true Volunteer fashion, sings along anytime Rocky Top is played. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and now serves as principal and project manager in Catalyst’s Nashville office. He applies proven leadership abilities to engineering designs in land planning, site layout, permitting, and infrastructure design. On the weekends, you can find Andrew unwinding at home in his workshop or finding a new trail to hike with his wife and their dog.

People might be surprised to learn:
Andrew used to compete in duck calling competitions. In fact, he was nationally ranked and held two state titles!
