Glenbrook Village

Catalyst developed the master plan and facilitated site rezoning for this 23-acre mixed-use development. The development is currently in the design stage for site infrastructure. Initial build-out includes the construction of 75 townhome units and one commercial/mixed-use building. Once complete, the development will consist of 297 residential units, 150 condominium units, and 186,000 SF for retail businesses adjacent to the existing Glenbrook Shopping Center. The planning concept is centered on a walkable mixed-use neighborhood offering places to live, work, shop, and play. The residential buildings will be nestled around green commons, including community gardens, courtyards, playgrounds, and dog park areas.
