Broadwest

Designed to provide connectivity to several Nashville neighborhoods, and boasting convenient interstate access and enviable views Broadwest is a two-tower mixed-use development on a four-acre site in midtown Nashville, Tennessee. The first tower is a 21-story, 500,000 SF, Class AA office building. The second 34-story tower features a 234-room luxury Conrad Hotel and 196 high-end condominiums. A three-story, 125,000 SF office and retail building connect the two towers. The site also features a 1.5-acre park in the center and one of Nashville’s largest parking decks with 2,500 parking spaces. The project achieved LEED certification.
