Riverside & McGavock Mixed-Use

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for ZMX’s .88-acre mixed-use space to construct a 10,500-SF building with restaurant and retail space. This project is located at the intersection of Riverside and McGavock in the heart of East Nashville and will bring iconic local restaurants, such as Ladybird Taco, to the neighborhood.
