DEA Nashville Headquarters

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the renovation of an existing warehouse for the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The original 42,460-square-foot warehouse, located at 457 McNally Drive, was converted into the DEA’s new Nashville headquarters.  Project included site improvements to the streetscape and parking lot area, and utilized bio-retention features through infiltration testing onsite.
