Buffalo Trail Apartments

With the increasing demand for affordable housing in Davidson County and the counties surrounding, Buffalo Trail seeks to meet the needs of the growing community. This project includes construction of 240 garden-style apartment units and associated parking on an 18.77-acre site along the Dickerson Pike corridor. Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for this gated community, which includes a clubhouse amenity, pool area overlooking the creek on-site, a dogpark, and walking trail.
