The Columns on Main

Catalyst provided planning and design services for Phase 2 of the Columns on Main project, a new luxury apartment complex in Spring Hill. The 310-unit development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with convenient access to the interstate and close proximity to downtown Nashville. Each unit is equipped with high-end features and a spacious, open floor plan. Exterior amenities include a resort-inspired swimming pool and sundeck, playground, outdoor grills and picnic areas, and a clubhouse with game room.
