The Reserve at Mountain Pass

The new 340,000-SF Reserve at Mountain Pass will provide 240 apartment units to the Alton Park neighborhood near downtown Chattanooga. As one of the largest new housing developments in the area for years, Reserve at Mountain Pass was designed to transform and inspire economic development to the surrounding communities. The $40 million project will offer workforce housing across nine buildings and sit on a 14-acre site.
