Whetstone Flats Apartments

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the second phase development of an existing apartment complex. This project included the addition of 256 units across eight multifamily buildings, as well as a clubhouse, maintenance building and mail kiosk. The project involved extensive mass grading plans, and drainage design compliant with Metro’s LID requirements. Catalyst also led the public road extension and water/sewer extensions for the project.
