The View at City Heights

As part of the new City Heights mixed-use development just outside of downtown Nashville, The View at City Heights includes 14 single-family townhomes across three buildings. Each unit stands three stories and includes a basement as well as rooftop decks that overlook the downtown skyline. Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the development, which sits on an elevated .7-acre site.
