Harvest Point

Catalyst provided master planning, zoning assistance, and landscape architectural design services for the 700-acre planned residential community located within the western sector of the City of Spring Hill. As Spring Hill’s first and largest master-planned community (at the time of construction), Harvest Point will add 1,200 residential lots and townhomes to its suburban landscape. The design incorporates over 100 acres of pocket parks and open spaces, as well as five miles of walking trails, a swimming pool, dog park, community garden, and pond.
