AU Health System Gateway Boulevard Campus Master Plan

Catalyst provided master planning and rezoning assistance for AU Health System’s vision/development of the new 53-acre Gateway Boulevard Campus. With the primary goal of creating a diverse and integrated medical mixed-use campus, the master plan included a hospital and medical office building, as well as activated retail, office and hospitality space. The initial vision for the development was to create an environment where patrons could have their medical needs addressed while concurrently enjoying a spa treatment, fitness class, specialty shopping or dining.

The master plan included mixed-use services in a pedestrian-friendly environment that offers outdoor amenities and retail components for a unique shopping, dining and working experience.
