Strobel House

Located across from Nashville’s East Bank, the Strobel House offers 90 residential units, designed to provide a permanent pathway to housing for residents, many of whom face homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction recovery, and physical disabilities. More than just providing housing, Strobel House provides stability, dignity, and community, with dedicated on-site support services, access to outdoor spaces, and a commitment to long-term sustainability. Catalyst provided civil engineering for this remarkable project.

Strobel House is LEED Gold Certified. This project was awarded Urban Land Institute Excellence in Construction Award.
