Originally from Silver City, New Mexico, Andrew wins the award for “farthest traveled.” After graduating from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, Andrew and his wife relocated to Nashville in 2004. As one of the founding principals of Catalyst, Andrew has a passion for delivering quality results for his clients while training and mentoring younger professionals in the industry. In addition to his role as president of the firm, he serves as principal and senior project manager for a wide variety of projects throughout Middle Tennessee. On the weekends, you can find Andrew spending time with family or traveling with friends.

Andrew played Division I college basketball at Northern Arizona University and was part of the only two NCAA tournament teams in school history.
