Catalyst is proud to partner with Grace Place Amplified and Civil Land Company in providing civil engineering and landscape architectural services for a new residential community that furthers Grace Place’s vision of helping single mothers in need. The community will support single mothers and their children transitioning from homelessness to independence with 43 homes, a 4,500 SF educational/office facility, sports courts, playgrounds, and gathering spaces. The walkable neighborhood seeks to create connections and encourage a sense of belonging with sidewalks, green spaces, and trails.

On Friday, we celebrated the community’s groundbreaking, which marked a significant milestone for the project and the Hendersonville community. Rezoning the 4.5-acre property and moving forward with construction has been a journey of collaboration and support from individuals and organizations. As we embark on Phase I, which includes building the education center and several homes, we are excited to see this vision come to life. Grace Place Amplified is more than just a development; it’s a beacon of hope and a model for how communities can come together to uplift those in need. We are proud to be part of this transformative project and look forward to its lasting impact on the lives of the families it will serve.
