Developer Expands Its Sobro Footprint With A Pair Of 37 & 32 Story Towers In Nashville

Catalyst Design Group is providing civil engineering services for the new 10th and Clark mixed-use development in downtown Nashville. Tower one, containing 464 units, sits at the corner of 10th and Clark Place and rises 36-stories, while tower two, with an additional 349 units and five loft-liner units, is positioned along 9th Avenue and Lea and is 34 stories tall.
