Final Planning for Mosby Riverside

Catalyst is providing civil design services for the new multifamily development, Mosby Riverside. This project is situated along the Cumberland River in Nashville and will feature 439 residential units across a 14.25-acre site. The layout includes various amenities, such as a clubhouse, a pool deck, a dog park, and a surface parking lot with a capacity for 634 cars. Final site plans have recently been submitted to the city of Nashville for approval.
