Groveland Square development in south Lake County adds another 44 acres

Catalyst Design Group is providing master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for Green Slate’s Groveland Square, a 161-acre, mixed-use project located at the intersection of US 27 and County Road 19 in the City of Groveland. This walkable, compact community will connect via an amenitized trail system. The commercial development is designed to orient toward the internal streets and provide small-scaled shops and outdoor dining along broad-shaded sidewalks. The street design includes a multi-use trail, site furnishings, parallel parking, and street trees. The neighborhoods of Groveland Square provide access to amenities and include a variety of parks, plazas, and natural open spaces.
