Lake Wales Envisioned Documentary

Catalyst Design Group is working with the City of Lake Wales in providing landscape architectural and master planning services for the Park Avenue and First Street streetscapes, the Crystal Lake Park Trail, the Kiwanis Park Trail, an extension of the Sun Trail Network through the downtown area, and seven City parks. These designs align with Lake Wales Envisioned, a plan that Dover, Kohl & Partners developed with the City and its residents. The plan seeks revitalization with opportunities for economic growth, ecological preservation, and the incorporation of traditional, walkable neighborhoods.
