Catalyst is working with the City of Haines City and Pennoni to design a new park, adding 32 acres south of the Larry Parrish Baseball Complex. This significant expansion of the community's recreational facilities includes one additional baseball field, three softball fields, two soccer fields, a splash pad, a playground, and three basketball courts. The team is currently working on finalizing the design, construction documents, and cost estimates.

The park, currently called the '32-acre complex,' is set to become a game-changer for Haines City, offering much-needed recreational amenities to the eastside community. This project aligns with the city's vision of enhancing the quality of life for its residents by promoting health, wellness, and recreation. With the region experiencing rapid growth, the new park will provide diverse cultural, recreational, and economic benefits. We are honored to collaborate with Haines City on this transformative initiative and look forward to seeing its positive impact on the community.
