Catalyst worked with Forbes Plunkett Development and Core to provide civil engineering services for its new development, previously home to the Nashville Memorial Hospital. Located at 612 W. Due West Ave., the development’s vision creates an urban environment within a suburban community, featuring arts, music, dining, retail, and mixed-income housing. Catalyst’s role involved site planning, stormwater detention and analysis, grading and drainage, utility design and agency coordination for the project.
