Belmont University Caldwell Residence Hall BUILDINGS 1 AND 2

Designed to add to the University’s residential village (which was created with the completion of Tall Hall in 2018), Caldwell Residence Hall will house more than 600 upperclassmen in a state-of-the-art facility. Caldwell Residence Hall will feature all-private bedrooms, a fitness center, flexible basement space, a two-story lobby with study/gathering areas, mail and laundry spaces, a 540-space parking garage, and two exterior courtyards. Located on an 18-acre site, the new 268,000-SF facility offers students impressive views of downtown Nashville.

Upon the project’s completion, Belmont University engaged Catalyst to provide civil engineering services for another residence hall similar to Caldwell Hall. This second ten-story building will house over 700 students, feature plazas, courtyards, and landscape, and provide pedestrian access for campus connectivity.
