Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for a one-story, 13,000-SF freestanding emergency room and associated parking on the 1.4-acre site. Services included site entitlement, site plan, utility plan, agency coordination and permitting, landscape planting and irrigation, and construction phase services.
