Catalyst provided civil engineering services for HCA’s 10,860-SF freestanding emergency room in DeLand, FL. The new, 11-room facility offers full emergency services, including a trauma room, CT scans, ultrasound, and lab and radiology services. Catalyst’s services included a test fit site plan and due diligence, site layout, grading and drainage, utility systems, and landscape planting.
