Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for HCA’s freestanding emergency room (FSER), serving the Wellen Park community. The 11,300-SF facility offers 11 exam rooms with full-service emergency care, including laboratory, x-rays, CT scanning, and ultrasound capabilities. Catalyst’s services included due diligence, a test fit site plan, civil and landscape design, agency coordination, and construction administration.
