Meharry Medical College Living and Learning Center

The new facility is located on the corner of Morena Street and 21st Avenue on a 1.4-acre lot. Standing six stories tall, the 156,360 SF Living and Learning Center houses 126 student housing units, two fully-functional classrooms, retail space, a business center, a fitness center, a mailroom, outdoor terraces, and a 99-space parking garage.

This project was awarded the Urban Land Institute Excellence in Development Award for 2024.
