Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for a fifth and sixth-story tower addition and associated parking expansion on the 37.9-acre site. Services included site entitlement, site plan, utility plan, agency coordination and permitting, landscape planting and irrigation, and construction phase services.
