Jack is a true Tennessee native–born and raised; he’s a Volunteer who earned his Master's and Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. After graduation, Jack landed back in Middle Tennessee, where he continued working in the construction industry and began a career in civil engineering. When Catalyst was formed in 2017, Jack launched the firm’s Murfreesboro office, where he now leads a team of engineers that support clients in Rutherford County and throughout the South. On the weekends, you can find Jack spending time with his wife, Terri, and four children. With their kids active in multiple sports and activities, there are always events to attend! Jack is also an avid cyclist and enjoys riding the rolling hills of Lascassas, Tennessee.

Jack has completed multiple distance races, including a marathon, half-marathon, and multiple Olympic-distance triathlons.
