Mid-State Medical Office Building

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new Mid-State Medical Office Building, located on the Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown medical campus. Designed to improve the patient/visitor entrance route and simplify the parking/pedestrian experience, the project includes demolition of the existing medical office tower and construction of a new four-story, 100,000-SF medical office building and underground parking garage. Located at 2100 Church Street, the project features a new vehicular access drive from Church St. which leads to an elevated drop-off level for the St. Thomas Hospital maternity wing and the new office building.
