Aviation Way Multifamily

As part of the Lebanon Marketplace development, the new Aviation Way apartment complex includes eight (8) three-story buildings on a 17-acre site. The complex offers 240 units (broken out among one-, two- and three-bedrooms), and also includes a pool, fitness center, lounge, dogpark and pet washing facilities.

The Lebanon Marketplace development is intended to be the start of continued commercial growth for the area, and also includes Home Depot, Chili’s Bar & Grill, Wilson County Motors and a Twice Daily, as well as an additional 75,000 SF of space for future retail and restaurants.
