Haven17 Student Housing

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the new 702-bed, five-story student housing development adjacent to Florida State University. Located within walking distance to the university’s main campus and athletic facilities, Haven17 will offer fully-furnished two- and four-bedroom student housing units. Amenities will include smart thermostats, smart ceiling fans, and an Amazon Echo in each unit; a cyber lounge with charging stations; a coffee bar; a fitness center; a yoga studio; a tanning room; a sauna; a gaming area; private study areas; a computer center; package lockers; a smart market; a swimming pool with a sundeck featuring built-in grilling stations, a putting green, hammock garden, cornhole and ping pong; and fire pits.
