Muse

Muse, one of the first purpose-built downtown Nashville Airbnb “hotels”, is a five-story, 55-unit condo building located a few blocks away from downtown attractions. In addition to the residential/hospitality units, this new mixed-use building includes a rooftop amenity deck with skyline views, street-level retail space, and a cardio gym. Designed to attract weekend visitors and business travelers alike, Muse features 11 unique floorplans, ranging from studios to three bedrooms. As Muse is the only new construction Airbnb located in DTC zoning and within MDHA’s Redevelopment District, design review committee approval was needed.
