Catalyst is providing planning, civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for Northerly, a new 300,000-SF multifamily development in Madison, Tennessee. Once complete, the project will house 277 residential units (one-, two- and three-bedroom), a fitness center, pool and grill area, clubhouse, tennis court, dog park, and high-end amenity space.
