Vintage at Century Farms
The 310-acre, $1 billion masterplanned Century Farms development in Antioch will be centered around a new, full-access Hickory Hollow Parkway interchange along I-24. Once complete, Century Farms will include major retail, office, multifamily, and entertainment uses. The $40 million, 212-unit Vintage at Century Farms apartment complex offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Vintage at Century Farms also includes a small mixed-use for-lease component in one of the two buildings, as well as a pool and leasing space.
