2AVES

Located in the Charlotte Park area, just west of the Nations, 2AVES serves as Red Seal Homes’ first of many developments in Nashville. 2AVES features 58 two- and three-bedroom, two- and three-story semi-custom townhomes with the residences designed to front courtyard common areas. The courtyards feature amenities such as firepits, outdoor kitchens, and gathering areas. Each townhome includes an attached two-car garage served from a private alley system.
