Fusion Townhomes

Red Seal’s Wedgewood-Houston townhome development, Fusion, will offer 37 semi-custom townhomes across nine buildings on a 1.7-acre site near downtown Nashville. Fusion combines residential townhomes, workforce housing, and live/work units, totaling 145,260 SF. The site plan orients the residences either to surrounding streets or internal amenity courtyards which include firepits, outdoor kitchens, etc. The residences are situated to capture rooftop views of Nashville’s downtown skyline.
