Proximity Townhomes

The Proximity Townhomes are part of a 20.6-acre overall mixed-use master development that sits across the Cumberland River from MetroCenter on West Trinity Lane in North Nashville. Serving as the Specific Plan’s gateway from Trinity Lane, the nine Live/Work units and 51 townhomes provide varied housing opportunities within the community. Plan for the townhome development neighborhood also includes 5,600 SF of retail space along the Trinity Lane frontage. The neighborhood shares greenspace amenities on the remainder of the site with other development components including apartments and single-family residential. Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design for the mixed-use development.
