Fisk University New Student Residence Building

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for Fisk University’s new four-story student residence building. The new 80,000-square-foot facility is located on Fisk’s campus, adjacent to historic Jubilee Hall, and provides 287 units. The project also included associated access, surface parking and hardscape improvements for the 2.05-acre site.
