Meharry Medical College Living and Learning Center

Representing “the future of Meharry—the great things to come” (Meharry Board of Trustees Chair Nelson Adams III, M.D. ’78), the college’s first Living and Learning Center will provide a unique combination of student housing and academic space outside of the traditional classroom.

The new facility is located on the corner of Morena Street and 21st Avenue, on a 1.4-acre lot. Standing six stories tall, the 156,000-SF Living and Learning Center will house 126 student housing units, two fully-functional classrooms, retail space, a business center, fitness center, mailroom, outdoor terraces, and a 99-space parking garage.
