University of Central Florida College of Nursing

Catalyst provided civil engineering and landscape architectural services for UCF’s new College of Nursing. The 90,000 SF building is adjacent to the College of Medicine previously designed by Catalyst staff. The project scope included site layout, site grading and drainage, utility planning, agency coordination, site furnishings, plant palette, hardscape amenities, lighting, and sustainable practices. Additional services included parking relocation and integrating electric vehicle charging stations.
