Florida Polytechnic University Residential Housing

Catalyst provided landscape architectural services for this P3 housing project on the campus. The contemporary outdoor spaces were created to compliment unique architecture of the campus and building. The design features outdoor terraces with seat steps, shade, and trellis swings. A collaboration space is designed on the shady north side of the building and includes seat walls, movable furniture, and a translucent outdoor whiteboard. The landscape includes predominately native plantings focused on large raingardens along the perimeter of the building.
