MDHA Harper Cove Flats

With the goal of providing more affordable housing options, the Metro Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) solicited EOA Architects for the new Harper Cove Flats development. Located on a 5.5-acre site, the project provides 40 townhomes across four (4), three-story buildings. Amenities include black stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and covered porches. Designed with the city’s workforce in mind, monthly rent is expected to be $1,300 for smaller units, and $1,900 for the larger units.
