Catalyst provided civil engineering, landscape architectural design, and planning services for the Mount View Residential townhome development. Located on a 9.4-acre site, Mount View Residential will provide 156 attached townhome units, all fronting a common space. The landscape team designed outdoor spaces to include plants and vegetation native to the Antioch area. Common amenities include a dog park, outdoor fitness area, and walking trail.
