Tulip Trace

Catalyst provided civil engineering, landscape architectural design, and planning services for the Tulip Trace townhome development in Hermitage, Tennessee. The new boutique infill development is located on a 3.8-acre site and will include 44 two- and three-story townhomes. The townhomes include both attached and detached options with two- and three-bedroom units (some including a basement). In addition, the development will include a common courtyard and dog park.
