Marquette Hospital Campus

Catalyst continued serving this premier healthcare campus for civil engineering and landscape architectural design services. Located on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the new medical campus encompassed six years of planning, design and construction. Services included site master planning, rezoning assistance, civil engineering, and landscape architectural design on the challenging 33-acre urban campus, which involved a brownfield reclamation. The design scope included a new 229-bed, 8-story hospital facility as well as a 90,000-square-foot healthcare professionals office building. The site was integrated into the city’s greenway trail system to fully function as a community destination.
