UCF Lake Nona Medical Center

Catalyst staff provided planning and design services for HCA’s new UCF Lake Nona Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. Initial development for the 37-acre site included a 64-bed hospital and an adjacent 40,000-square-foot medical office building. The completed master plan accommodates a medical campus with up to 500 beds and 240,000 SF of medical office space.
