Dominium Breaks Ground On Evermere At Trinity In North Nashville

Construction is underway at Evermere at Trinity, a new affordable multifamily community that will bring much-needed housing to North Nashville along the West Trinity transit corridor. Developed by Dominium, the 233-unit community will serve families earning up to 60% of the area median income and is designed to support long-term affordability while enhancing connectivity to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Local officials and project partners recently gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking milestone, marking an important step forward for the evolving West Trinity Lane corridor.

Catalyst is proud to support expanded affordable housing in Nashville by providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this community. The project scope included site planning, utility coordination, stormwater management, and the design of streetscape, open space, and amenity landscapes.
