Final Site Plans for Lemuel Road Property

Catalyst is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new Lemuel Road development. Final site plans for Phase 1 have been submitted to the city and are expected to be reviewed by the Metro Planning Commission in February. The project scope will include 1,081 residential units across 108 acres, covering about 37.6 acres, with 395 units comprising a mix of condominium flats, townhomes, and single-family homes with two to four bedrooms. The plans highlight a neighborhood-style layout with multiple green spaces and amenities, including a dog park, activity lawns, fire pits, putting green, and a central plaza featuring a pool, clubhouse, coffee shop, courts, and playground.
