Catalyst is proud to design affordable housing projects, and we recently had the pleasure of providing civil engineering services for the Legacy Project. Working with the Moody Nolan team, this special project is part of the Legacy House Nashville homeownership program that works with individuals and families earning below 80% of Nashville’s median income.
