Dumping Ground Turned into Neighborhood Park as Part of Haines City Revitalization

Catalyst collaborated with Pennoni in providing master planning and landscape architecture services for the City of Haines City’s Langston Avenue Park. The newly established neighborhood park in Haines City, Florida spans 4.6 acres and offers amenities like a walking trail and an open field for sports activities. The project was funded by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) as part of its neighborhood revitalization initiative. The City plans to add playgrounds and exercise equipment in the future to further enhance the park's appeal and functionality. Catalyst is grateful for the opportunity to work with the City of Haines City on various park projects for the community, including Langston Avenue Park and Larry Parrish Park.
